Explore the area around Unlimited Vacation Club’s Sunscape Puerto Vallarta with these ongoing events. With so many activities available on the grounds of the resort, vacationers don’t need to venture into town to find things to do. But for those who are itching to explore, there are plenty of options in Puerto Vallarta.

Sculpture Tour – Gary Thompson, owner of the Galeria Pacifico hosts the annual Free Malecon Sculpture Tour. This tour is held every Tuesday morning at 9:30am and runs through mid-April. The tour begins at the “Millennium” sculpture next to Hotel Rosita at the north end of the scenic Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. Gary has over 30 years of experience in this particular art scene and personally knows many of the sculptors. Concluding about two hours later, the tour ends at the Galleria Pacifico, at Aldama 174 with free beverages, says Unlimited Vacation Club. Most of the sculptures on the tour have been privately funded and over the course of one to three years have been completed, from conception to installation.

Farmers Market – This producer only market, the Tianguis Cultural, is one of the most compelling weekend attractions in Puerto Vallarta. There is fun for the whole family, with activities, great products for purchase, the producers available to talk to, and the chance to support the local economy. A fantastic selection of locally grown farm fresh products, handmade crafts, art, jewelry, community education and live music are available. Everything is made, baked, grown, and sold by people living within 50 kilometers of town. The market is open every Saturday November through April from 9:30am to 2pm at the Parque Lazaro Cardenas, Colonia Emiliano Zapata.

From the Sierra Madre Mountains to the Banderas Bay, there are so many ways to explore the area in and around Unlimited Vacation Club’s Sunscape Puerto Vallarta location.
